TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a reservation request only. If this reservation can be confirmed, Trailer Ranch will contact you with the confirmation within 48 hours via e-mail or phone. Once you have a confirmed reservation, the RV must arrive for check-in prior to 5 PM. Because all of our sites are unique, you must be accompanied by Trailer Ranch personnel to park your RV. No after hours parking is permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice via phone to (505) 471-9970 to change or cancel your reservation. E-mail cancellations will not be accepted. If 48 hours notice is not received via phone, your credit card will be charged for one night's fee.
